Airport Reception

Reception at Mendoza International Airport and Santiago de Chile Airport for both arrival and departure.

Coordination & Help at the City

Our city staff will guide you through your permit process, rental gear shops, fuel purchases, equipment checks and itinerary planning before heading to the mountain. You won't be alone during your stay in Mendoza.

Private transfers between airports, Mendoza, Santiago de Chile, Penitentes and Aconcagua access points, adapted to your expedition schedule.

What Is Not Included in Our Logistics Services?

Our logistics services are designed to cover the essential until the base camp but at the altitude have more independence and autonomy. The following elements remain the responsibility of your team:

✓ Food and logistics at high camps (you can hire our food service for high camps in advance)

✓ Personal technical equipment, including crampons, ice axe and mountain clothing

✓ Tents for altitude (you can rent with us if you need)

✓ High-altitude rescue insurance, which must be purchased individually by each climber

✓ International flights and transportation from the country of origin to Mendoza

How Does Coordination With Your Team Work?

Once your logistics services are confirmed, our team coordinates the operation directly with your expedition leaders.

1. Initial Briefing
We define expedition dates, group size, route, equipment to be transported and the specific logistical requirements of your team.

2. Permit Management
Andesport processes the permits for each team member based on the information and documentation provided, including passport and insurance details.

3. Pre-Departure Logistics Coordination
We confirm mule services, Park entry dates, transportation and base camp availability according to your expedition plan.

4. Mountain Operations
Our logistics team remains available at our service points throughout the expedition, coordinating the contracted services on the mountain.

5. Return Logistics
We coordinate your exit from the mountain and the necessary transportation and logistics for the return to Mendoza.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can My Team Book Only Mule Services?

Yes. All our services are modular. You can book only mule services, only base camp services or any combination according to your expedition's needs.

Yes. We operate on the Normal Route through Confluencia and Plaza de Mulas, and on the Vacas Valley Route through Plaza Argentina.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 months before your Park entry date. For peak season in January and February, we recommend organizing your logistics 4 months or more in advance, as service availability becomes more limited closer to the expedition date.

We offer full-board meal services including breakfast, lunch or box lunch, and dinner. Box lunches are provided on trekking or moving days so your team can stay properly fueled throughout the expedition. Drinking water is also available throughout the day.

Our private transportation adapts to the dates and needs of your expedition. We know mountain conditions can change plans, so our vehicle fleet remains available even when an expedition ends unexpectedly. Our drivers speak English and are trained to assist international teams.

The basic service includes essential Aconcagua logistics such as mule load transportation, basic services at our camp, permit management and drinking water, among other support services.

Yes. We specialize in personalized logistics. We will never require you to book services your team does not need. Our operation is built around each client's expedition requirements.
