The logistics were smooth, communication was clear from the beginning, and once in Argentina everything was well organized. From permits to transport and coordination in Mendoza and at base camp, I felt supported the entire time. having a reliable team handling the details makes a huge difference, and Andesport delivered. I especially appreciated how I was able to customize the package to my needs. My bags were lost when I arrived in Mendoza and after I had spent a day on the phone with the airlines with no luck, somehow Monica was able to locate them! Everyone I met was so nice Paloma, Monica, David, Tomas, Maxi and Leo! The base camp setup was also great \u2014 comfortable, well-run, and a welcome place to recover between carries and rotations. If you are real mountaineer, this company is made for you. The price is really affordable compared to other companies. In Plaza Argentina we stayed few days waiting for good weather. The staff - Fernando was really kind and helpful. He is the best guy, he helped us with everything. We are greatful. There was wifi, solar panel for charging devices and of course restroom. We managed to reach the summit and were coming back with normal route. There we stayed in Plaza the Mulas. There are more tents, some dorms with beds and tents ready to sleep in. Overall it was good experience, If we travel again I would choose Andesport again. They have the best value for money.
